Our Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY:  ARIZONA AUTO PARTS, 2021 W. Buckeye Rd., Phoenix, Arizona hereby warrants to the Purchaser that the used part(s) with which its warranty is given, are serviceable and functional.  With respect to defects appearing within 3 months from the date of purchase, ARIZONA AUTO PARTS shall, at its discretion, provide either a replacement part without charge to the purchaser, or a refund of the purchase price.  Any claim(s) must be presented to ARIZONA AUTO PARTS, within 3 months after the date of purchase.  ARIZONA AUTO PARTS may require the return of the defective part(s).  We might require that the part be inspected on the vehicle to verify proper installation. No labor is covered unless labor warranty was purchased and noted on the invoice. Refunds are paid by check. Refund checks will be made payable to the purchasers named on the invoice. Please allow 10 working days for refund to arrive by mail.

TERMS OF WARRANTY:   The Warranty will be void if the part(s) are not returned to ARIZONA AUTO PARTS in the same condition in which they are sold, or do not bear the identifying mark which appears on all ARIZONA AUTO PARTS’ parts. ALL RETURNED PARTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SALES RECEIPT. ARIZONA AUTO PARTS shall not be responsible for any parts purchased because of misdiagnose or which have been altered, modified, disassembled, or damaged by misuse or accident subsequent to purchase or parts repaired by another firm. Stock numbers or identifying markings must not be removed from parts. ALL PARTS SOLD FOR STOCK INSTALLATION ONLY – NO WARRANTIES APPLY TO ANY CUSTOM OR MODIFIED INSTALLATIONS. All cost, shipping, or towing charges incurred in the return of a part(s) are not included under this warranty.  In no event shall ARIZONA AUTO PARTS be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs for installation and removal, or damage caused by the use of our parts, or have liability with respect to defective, or incorrectly sold parts.

ENGINES – TRANSMISSIONS:  Engines are guaranteed for 3 months from date of purchase if used under normal driving conditions.  Commercial and taxi use is covered for 90 days only. Engines are warranted against cracked heads, cracked blocks, flat cranks, and excessive oil consumption. I.E. 1quart every 500 miles. We do not warranty engine accessories such as carbs, water pumps, fuel pumps, injector systems or ignition systems or the labor to transfer them. They may be left on the engine for ease of installation. All warranties are void as a result of abuse, neglect or overheating. A heat indicator is placed on all engines for this purpose. Warranty will be voided if heat indicator is removed or defaced. Timing belts, hoses, seals, freeze plugs, spark plugs and gaskets must be replaced at time of installation, and are not covered by Arizona Auto Parts. Proof of oils changes are required for warranty.

Transmissions are warrantied to be in good working condition, however they must be installed according to manufacturer’s specifications for coverage. We do not warranty external sensors, solenoids, linkages, seals or their leakage. Filters and seals must be replaced at time of installation. Engines, All factory resets or programming required must be performed for any warranty to be in effect. Transmissions and Rear Axle assemblies must be serviced at the manufactures recommended intervals.  Documentation of service performed will be required for any warranty to be valid.  We desire happy customer however proper installation procedures must be followed for the parts to function as designed.

THE FOLLOWING PARTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTIES IMPLIED: AIR BAGS, SRS SYSTEMS AND THEIR RELATED COMPONENTS, SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES, USED TIRES, CORE PARTS or parts sold for rebuilding, COMPLETE VEHICLES WRECKED OR RUNNING  • ANY PART SUCH NOTED ON THE FRONT OF THE INVOICE.

We Do Not and Will Not Sell “Re-Called” Auto Parts  

RETURNED PARTS: Non-defective parts, returned for any reason, must be returned within 10 days. Parts which are accepted for return are subject to a 20% Labor charge. Refunds are paid by check. Refund checks will be made payable to the purchasers name on the invoice.

SPECIAL ORDER PARTS:  Any part that is special order, cut to order, or shipped in by order of customer is not returnable. Any deposits are not refundable on these special order parts.

CORE POLICY: All Electrical or Mechanical parts sold require a core or an exchange.  No warranty can be given if an exchange is not presented at time of purchase or a core charge made. Unless otherwise arranged, the core charge will be refunded if exchanged parts are

returned in within 30 days. NO CORE REFUNDS WITHOUT INVOICE OR AFTER 30 DAYS.  All Cores must be COMPLETE and free of oils and fluids to be accepted for full refund.  Core with fluids and oils will be refunded at 50% of the charged amount. Cores are kept at Arizona Auto Parts for 7 days and not returnable.

Custom Parts Warranty: Our custom warranties have the same coverage and restrictions as the standard base warranty, with the time length extended from the standard 90 day from the date of the sale, to one year, two year or custom lengths of time that fits your needs. We also offer for purchase labor coverages. Discuss your needs with our customer service agents. All warranty lengths will be noted on your invoice.

Labor is not covered in any of our standard recycled part warranty programs.
